My first inclination on what the first post of this blog should contain was that I should define and explain the meaning behind the title I have chosen and why, which is what I think I'll do --at least for the benifit of the readers of this blog.
"The Moral Imperative", as defined by the great sage we know as wikipedia, is baically what compels us to do something in relation to our conscience, which is more or less the basis behind this blog along with anything else that occupies my mind at any given moment. I first became interested in this idea as a result of a random quote I read on one of those "Quote of the Day" websites that contained the phrase. The entire quote or even who it was from is a lost to me now, but regardless I immediately decided to Google it, as anyone from my generation would do if they didn't know something. After reading this I became inspired to write a blog with this title, granted I was searching for a proper name for a hypothetical blog in my head at any rate.
Hopefully this blog will offer me and those that read this blog some valid insight or something of value and will be worth the time and energy regardless.
